My family's reunion at the hotel had its ups and downs. While we appreciated the size and cleanliness of our room, the experience was marred by a violent incident in the adjacent room that disrupted our stay. The staff's response to our situation left much to be desired, leading to frustration, especially since we had high expectations for a family-friendly ambiance. Overall, it's hard to recommend this place for future stays due to our negative experience.
